GHSA 2017 Annual Meeting App

Navigate the Annual Meeting like a pro with the GHSA 2017 mobile app, generously sponsored by Mazda North American Operations! Check out the information below for instructions on downloading the app and tips for how to get the most out of it.

Step 1: Download the app!

Search the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android) for "2017 GHSA Annual Meeting."

Step 2: Create your profile

Once you've opened the app, tap the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner, then select "MyProfile."

Click SettingsTap Profile

Enter your information, being sure to select "Tap here to publish your profile to the People list to engage with other users of the app." This allows other attendees to connect with you through the app. Before exiting, press "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Congrats, you're all set up! Now begin exploring some of the app's features:


Add friends and colleagues

From the main navigation screen, select "Attendees." Here you can browse through other users who have downloaded the app. Add friends by tapping on their name and selecting "Request Friend."

Build your schedule

From the main navigation screen, select "Events." Select the day from which you wish to add events to your schedule, then tap the star to the left of the session name to add it to your schedule. More information on each event can be found by simply tapping the event session name.

To view your schedule, select "My Schedule" from the main navigation screen. From there, you can also add customized events by tapping the "+" button on the upper left hand side.

Sync the app between multiple devices

To sync your profile, schedule, and notes, use the Multi Device Sync Feature. From the main navigation screen, select the gear icon, and tap "Multi Device Sync." Tap "First Device" and enter your information. On subsequent devices, select "Additional Device" and enter the required email and password.

Connect on social media

From the main navigation screen, select "Social Media" to view Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram posts from the meeting. Add your voice to the conversation using #GHSA2017, and follow GHSA at @GHSAHQ.

Plan your downtime

The "Local Places" button on the main navigation screen will take you to a list of restaurants, museums, attractions, and outings to explore throughout Louisville. 

Take notes

To take notes on any given session, select the session from the "Events" page, and tap the pencil icon on the left of the screen. To see all your notes from the Meeting, select "Global Notes" on the main navigation screen.
