About the Meeting
Getting to Zero Deaths means creating a culture that embraces safe driving behavior
as the norm. The 2011 GHSA Annual Meeting examined
how to raise the visibility of highway safety and convince the public that traffic deaths are not a necessary cost of mobility.
The meeting brought together top state safety officials, researchers and others to share best practices, strategies and plans to address this issue.
A special thanks to the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services for their support of the 2011 Annual Meeting.
