AASHTO has partnered with the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP), GHSA and the U.S. Department of Transportation to develop these guidebooks as part of the NCHRP Series 500: Guidance for Implementation of the AASHTO Strategic Highway Safety Plan.
