FHWA Introduces New HSIP
The Federal Highway Administration Office of Safety has launched a new initiative to help agencies effectively manage and deploy their Highway Safety Improvement Programs (HSIPs) to reduce traffic fatalities and injuries on public roadways.
Program assistance ranges from an immediate answer to a question by phone or email to on-site technical assistance from an expert or peer. The P2P Program also may make referrals to technical experts or an experienced peer in the topic area of interest or foster formal peer exchanges or events with other organizations.
