GHSA 2024 Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall Registration Is Open!
Space will be offered in order of booth registration (after sponsors), so don’t delay!
Exhibit Booth Highlights
- Fees: Each booth space is $1,750 for GHSA Members and $2,000 for non-members.
- Cancellation: Refunds (minus 50% cancellation fee) will be given for cancellation requests made in writing to Olivia Greer on or before Friday, July 26, 2024.
- Space Selection: Space will be offered in order of full payment (after sponsors).
- Registration: Each booth space includes one registration.
Exhibitor Benefits
- Access to approximately 800 state and national highway safety officials.
- One complimentary Annual Meeting registration to staff the booth on-site.
- Listing and logo on the Annual Meeting website and in the event app.

- Go to the Exhibitor Registration page
- Click on “With Web Account” (if you have a profile with GHSA) or “Without Web Account.”
- For the member discount ($1,750), you must log in with your web account. If you have a member profile and need help logging in, use the Forgot Your Password link. If you still need help, email Olivia Greer.
- On the Summary page, select “Checkout Now.”
- Click “Complete Registration.” You will be directed to a confirmation page and sent an email with additional information.
Booth Assignments
The Exhibit Hall layout will be available in Spring 2024!
When available, we will ask for your top three choices when registering. Any booths registered before the layout is available will be contacted. Final booth selections are based on the following priority order:
- 2023 Highway Safety Champions
- The order in which exhibit booth registration is received
As a benefit, exhibitors from last year's Annual Meeting, received advanced notification and the opportunity to register before the general public, allowing them to be higher on the booth selection list.
