GHSA 2024 Exhibit Hall 

Each year, the GHSA Annual Meeting's Roadway Safety Exhibition features the latest highway safety-related products and services offered by private companies, nonprofit organizations, government and law enforcement agencies, and many others.

Exhibitor Benefits 

  • Access to approximately 800 state and national highway safety officials. 

​

  • One complimentary Annual Meeting registration to staff the booth on-site. 

​

  • Listing and logo on the Annual Meeting website and in the event app. 

Exhibit Booth Highlights 

  • Fees: Each booth space is $1,750 for GHSA Members and $2,000 for non-members. 

​

  • Cancellation: Refunds (minus 50% cancellation fee) will be given for cancellation requests made in writing to Olivia Greer on or before Friday, July 26, 2024. 

​

  • Space Selection: Space will be offered in order of full payment (after sponsors). 

​

  • Registration: Each booth space includes one registration

​

  • Monday Drawing: Monday lunch will be served in the Exhibit Hall and exhibitors can give away items during a live drawing based on scanned badges.

    • If you are interested in giving away an item, provide the details to Olivia Greer before July 15.

​

  • Monday Social: We’ve added a new social event in the exhibit hall on Monday afternoon!

​

  • Lead Retrieval: Exhibitors may purchase electronic lead retrieval. Using the conference app, exhibitors will be able to scan attendee badges to capture leads seamlessly.

​

  • Exhibitor Information Guide: Upon successful registration, each exhibitor is emailed an informational guide with information on booth assignments, decorating, installation & dismantlement, and all the other details you will need.
