June 8-9, 2019 | Columbus, OH
Join Ford Driving Skills for Life, FCCLA, and the Ohio Department of Public Service in Columbus for a free hands-on clinic. Half-day sessions on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9 will help newly licensed drivers learn hazard recognition, vehicle handling, speed and space management. Students will also experience distracted and impaired driving simulations. A step beyond traditional driver education, this is an opportunity for young drivers to practice skills in a safe, controlled environment, with professional instructors sitting next to them. GHSA Executive Director Jonathan Adkins will be in attendance.
