The Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) will host an online technical conference focused on new and innovative solutions to transportation challenges being implemented in communities in the United States and around the world. This two-day event will feature 10 technical sessions developed by ITE’s Councils and Committees along with a plenary session and engaging networking activities.
GHSA Senior Director of External Engagement Pam Shadel Fischer will participate in "Micromobility Facility Design" as a speaker on March 24 at 1:30 p.m. ET. This session will focus on specific real-world examples of micromobility facility designs and how cities and jurisdictions accommodate micromobility in their roadway designs. The session will also include how safety and data play a role in micromobility design decisions as well as how the roadway can be reimagined in the future with micromobility devices in mind.
