Partners for Automated Vehicle Education (PAVE) has partnered with DriveOhio to host their first-ever public sector workshop. The purpose of the virtual workshop is to provide public sector officials with facts and resources about autonomous vehicles to help them prepare their communities for the future of transportation.
The virtual workshop consists of six modules that provide an overview of the many facets of AVs and related issues - such as transit, infrastructure and first responders - that will affect communities.
GHSA Senior Director of Policy and Government Relations Russ Martin will discuss the behavioral aspects of AV technology as it pertains to human drivers and first responders during a module on May 17.
