Serves as the Associate Administrator for Research and Registration with responsibility for providing national executive leadership for the development, coordination and implementation of research and analysis programs and motor carrier insurance and registration, which supports accomplishments of the agency's mission, goals and objectives. Participates as a key member of the Administrator's executive staff in establishing broad policies and program priorities.
