Blue Line Solutions, LLC consists of founder and CEO Mark Hutchison, Bob Dallas (former Georgia Highway Safety Director and GHSA Board Member) and Cam Reed. Due to their extensive backgrounds in highway safety, Blue Line's purpose is first and foremost to reduce the number of lives lost on our roadways. The Blue Line program provides a complete approach to reduce speeding through public information, education, and enforcement.
