This project explores opportunities to increase police participation in high-visibility enforcement (HVE) efforts through innovative strategies that address specific challenges. The report presents a number of case studies that illustrate successful tactics to boost law enforcement involvement in HVE. Making data-informed decisions and capitalizing on available technology are two central themes running through these case studies.
