
Gayane brings over six years of experience in program management, grant administration, and project implementation to her role as Program Manager at GHSA. Throughout her career at Eurasia Foundation and Transparency International Anticorruption Center, she made significant contributions to the administration of complex, donor-funded programs, specializing in programmatic and financial oversight, policy analysis and partnership development.
Before joining GHSA, Gayane held key positions at Eurasia Foundation, where she contributed to managing a $150 million U.S. Agency for International Development-funded Digital Transformation Activity in Ukraine. She also oversaw the full grant lifecycle for exchange and leadership programs, led the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and ensured compliance with donor requirements and federal regulations. Earlier in her career, at the Transparency International Anticorruption Center, Gayane successfully managed a $1 million European Union-funded project aimed at strengthening the accountability of public institutions.
Gayane earned her Master of Public Service and Administration (MPA) degree from Texas A&M University as a Fulbright scholar. She also holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Political Science from Central European University and Yerevan State University.
