HOTEL INFORMATION: The Meeting headquarters is the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The special GHSA rate is $148/night (plus all taxes and fees). Rooms are only available to people registered for the Annual Meeting, who are provided with the link upon registration. Guests are expected to abide by all hotel policies, including Hyatt's national firearms policy.
SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATIONS: Spouse/Guest (spouse, partner or family member) registrations will not be available for the 2026 Annual Meeting. Attendees can purchase a guest ticket to the Sunday night Welcome Dinner/Reception and the Tuesday evening Taste of the State Reception.
BADGE SCANNING: Attendee badges will be scanned for access to receptions and events.
EARLY BIRD RATE: Payment must be received by GHSA on or before July 10 to receive the early bird discount.
CANCELLATIONS: $100 will be charged for cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, July 10. No refunds will be given after that date. Email cancellation requests to Kerry Chausmer.
LIABILITY WAIVER: By registering for the GHSA Annual Meeting, you agree and acknowledge that you (and your guests) are participating in meeting-related events of your own free will and you (and your guests) assume responsibility for your own health and well-being. You are also acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to viral illness exists in any public place where people are present and that you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to viral illnesses and agree not to hold the Governors Highway Safety Association, the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER: By attending the GHSA Annual Meeting, you grant GHSA the right to use your name and images taken during the event in its news or marketing materials in print or digital format.
PRIVACY DISCLAIMER: By registering for this meeting, you acknowledge your contact information will be included on the attendee list made available to all meeting registrants, exhibitors and sponsors.
