  • Behavioral Traffic Safety Countermeasure Selection and Assessment Tool (BTSCRP Project)
    The objective of this research is to develop a practical tool to help SHSOs, law enforcement agencies, and other traffic safety partners work together to set goals, track activities, and measure results of behavioral traffic safety programs funded through NHTSA grants.  

    ATTENTION PROPOSERS: A Research Project Statement for BTSCRP Project BTS-45 was originally released on November 11, 2025; no award was made. The purpose of this Research Project Statement is to re-announce this project. This solicitation is open to all proposers, including any agencies that responded to the earlier Research Project Statement. Proposers must adhere to the Special Notes section of the RFP.
