Formerly a police chief and NHTSA Program Manager/Law Enforcement Liaison, Davis Ennis advocates for traffic safety issues as both a consultant and volunteer. Currently, he is a member of the Florida Department of Transportation’s Impaired Driving and Motorcycle Safety Coalitions and volunteers with the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office. He is the recipient of the International Association of Chiefs of Police J. Stannard Baker Award and a Drug Recognition Expert Emeritus.
