Established in 2014, the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine (KKSM) at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) serves as a transformational force in improving health care in the state. This is accomplished by delivering evidence-based, innovative centers of excellence in medical education and research. Currently, KKSM is leading a study on the causes of motor vehicle crashes in Nevada that will help inform countermeasure selection and resource allocation.
