Troy E. Costales is the retired Governor's Representative and Administrator of the Transportation Safety Division for Oregon. He worked for three different governors with over 34 years in the highway safety office. He served GHSA as Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Member Services Chairman, Region Representative, instructor for the Executive Seminar, member of the Technical Advisory Panel for the IACP DEC/DRE program, member of multiple TRB committees, and co-host of the Vision Zero initiative while Chairman of GHSA. Troy has led and been a member of multiple program assessments in the areas of Driver Education, Occupant Protection and Impaired Driving.
