Senior Product Manager, Road Safety


As a PM in Uber's Safety team, you will drive innovation in one of the most important aspects of transportation, launching products that will create huge impact for millions of drivers and riders. In Road Safety, you will be responsible for making Uber the safest means of transportation, protecting our customers and earners from road incidents. Day to day, you will work with engineering, data science and operational teams to fully understand real world complexities our earners face, then create products and experiences to reduce or eliminate risks.

Researcher, Traffic Safety


Responsible to carry out a number of traffic research studies in support of the mission of AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety. This individual will manage one or more studies awarded to other research institutions. Supports the Technical Director and the Executive Director of the Foundation by providing information on relevant traffic safety issues and findings on research projects. This individual also works closely with other researchers on various assigned tasks and internal technical activities.

The incumbent in this position serves as the Deputy Director, Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) at the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA). The office is responsible for identifying, investigating, and monitoring recalls of safety-related defects in motor vehicles and items of motor vehicle equipment under the authority of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966, as amended.

For more than 40 years, DCCCA has been coordinating programs across the Midwest that provide behavioral health prevention and treatment services, recruit and train foster homes, support at risk children and youth, and traffic safety education and resources. DCCCA also cooperates with local, state, and national programs and associations to provide education, research, service, and resources when needed.
