Chief Financial Officer

The Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. GHSA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit representing the state and territorial highway safety offices that implement federal grant programs to address behavioral highway safety issues.

The CFO is a newly created role that will be a key member of the executive leadership team. The incumbent reports to the CEO and is responsible for excellence in day-to-day business operations, federal grants, financial operations, investments and forecasting.

Chief Traffic Records Officer

Under the general direction of the Director of the Office of Traffic Safety, the Chief Traffic Records Officer provides executive-level leadership to enhance California’s traffic records system (which is comprised of six core data systems – crash, driver, vehicle, roadway, citation and adjudication, and injury surveillance).

Test Engineer

Overview

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) seeks a Test Engineer at our Vehicle Research Center, located in Ruckersville, Virginia, 12 miles north of the city of Charlottesville. The Test Engineer will work with IIHS technical teams to support consumer information test programs and ongoing R&D programs. Experience with high-speed data acquisition systems, use of data processing and analysis software (NI DIAdem), and programming experience (Visual Basic or other) are pluses.

Program Analyst

Overview

You will serve as a Program Analyst under the supervision of the Supervisory Program Analyst and the Director of Financial Management in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. The office serves as the focal point for agency financial management. You will assist in the management of NHTSA’s Audit and Internal Control Programs, in addition to the support of the Departmental coordination of the Conference Approval process and provides program and policy guidance for legislative proposals.
