In 2020, through a grant from Responsibility.org and GHSA, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) created an additional Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) training class that was offered specifically to city police agencies within the state.


Through a grant from Responsibility.org and GHSA, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) created a college football campaign for the 2021 season to promote the use of Lyft ride-hailing services.


Through a grant from Responsibility.org and GHSA, the Maryland Highway Safety Office (MHSO) funded Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) certification classes for officers, analysis of blood alcohol samples that were part of the Toxicology Unit’s case backlog, and State Toxicology Unit training classes.


Through a grant from Responsibility.org & GHSA, the Missouri Department of Transportation Highway Safety & Traffic Division partnered with the Missouri Safety Center to conduct a survey with law enforcement to gain feedback regarding areas of development of a law enforcement phlebotomy program.


Through a $35,000 grant from Responsibility.org and GHSA, the Wyoming Department of Transportation Highway Safety Program (WYDOT HSP) supported the Wyoming State Crime Laboratory’s Toxicology Unit by providing critically needed laboratory supplies to better identify impaired drivers.
